Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to take an order, fit a garment, and keep you posted on a new volume — your name, contact details, sizing, and purchase history. We never sell your data.
What we collect

- Sizing and fit preferences, to tailor recommendations
- Basic analytics to improve the site, anonymised where possible
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to privacy@maisonore.example. You can unsubscribe from the atelier list with one click.
Terms of sale
By placing an order you agree that pricing and availability are confirmed at checkout. Because pieces are made in limited runs, stock is not guaranteed until your order is accepted.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where supported; duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed.
Made-to-order
Certain pieces are cut to order. These carry a longer lead time, shown at checkout, and may be non-returnable where noted.
Shipping
We ship worldwide with carbon-neutral delivery, insured and tracked. In-stock pieces dispatch within two business days; made-to-order pieces follow the timeline shown at checkout.
- Standard — 3–5 business days (domestic)
- Express — 1–2 business days
- International — 5–10 business days, duties calculated at checkout
Returns & repairs
Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. We cover return shipping on faulty items. Made-to-order pieces are returnable only if faulty.
Repairs for life
Every garment we cut comes with free repairs for as long as you wear it. Send it back any time — we'll mend it and return it, on us. The most sustainable garment is the one you keep.
