Terms of service
By opening an account you agree to use Meridian for lawful business purposes and to provide accurate information. Services are provided as described; we may update features and these terms with notice.
Acceptable use
No unlawful activity, no circumvention of controls, and no use that endangers the platform or other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Deposit terms
Meridian is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by our partner banks, Members FDIC. Funds are held at a network of member banks and eligible for pass-through FDIC insurance up to applicable limits.
Treasury sweeps
Idle balances may be swept into government money-market funds. Money-market positions are investments, not bank deposits, and are not FDIC-insured; yields are variable and not guaranteed.
